Please examine your performance wear before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing. Examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc., before wearing. Once the garment has been worn, and/or washed it can not be exchanged.
Due to the nature of our garments, and in some cases custom production, Go Wild! does not accept returns, only size exchanges. You may exchange the item for the same style in a different size. Exchanges will be offered for garments that have not been worn, laundered or soiled and that have the original tags still attached. The items must be returned within 14 days of original ship date. Items must be given an EA#. Please call 210 566-5805 to receive your exchange information.
Items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if soiled with deodorant marks or makeup. All boot exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of wear and tear.
Custom items are not eligible for exchanges.
We suggest that you ship your exchanges using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured, and/or signature required). No COD orders will be accepted.
Go Wild! and Angela King Designs, Inc. are not responsible for exchange shipping charges.
At Go Wild! we realize you are very excited to receive your new performance wear. We will do everything possible to quickly ship your order. Fortunately, all of the Go Wild! collection pieces are manufactured right under our own roof! If we are out of stock on an item, we will produce your order as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of our garments, Angela King Designs and Go Wild! Wear deliveries typically require a customer signature. We cannot allow for customers to waive the requirement of a delivery signature; therefore please provide an address where someone is available to sign for your delivery. Most carriers also allow for local pick up.
Due to the nature of fabric and the color dye process, dye lots are always a little different and are to be expected. Although we make every effort to match dye lots for our costumes, color match is not a guarantee.
Angela King Designs and Go Wild! Wear offer a fantastic assortment of cheerleader boots for your team or group. Minimum quantity for boot orders is 8 pairs. Boots are typically available in whole sizes only and require 2-3 weeks for order and delivery without a rush. Customers who must exchange boot sizes will incur a restocking fee. Boots must be entirely free of wear and tear and be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for exchanges. Please shop for boots here.
Made in the USA, Angela King Designs and Go Wild! Wear are proud to outfit international customers as well. All international customers should contact sales@gowildwear.com or call 210-566-5805 from 9:00am-4:00pm CST. Ample time should be allowed in order to accommodate production and international shipping.
Special Orders and Prototypes:
Special orders are never a problem at Go Wild! Wear. Please call 210 566-5805 or email Go Wild! Wear with customer information, colors, budget and timeline. Additional fees will apply to adjustments or additions made to our house patterns.
Prototypes are required for custom team orders and will incur a labor and shipping fee. This labor fee will be credited to your account when the order is complete. Please allow at minimum 6-8 weeks to include prototype delivery in your costuming timeline. Prototypes remain the property of AKD Go Wild! Wear whether the customer places a team order or cancels the order and forfeits the labor fee.
If you are ordering from Go Wild! Wear without customizations, samples are available on loan. When ordering a sample the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Samples should be returned within 2 weeks of receipt or the customer will be charged full retail value of the samples.
Canceling Orders:
To meet your fabric and color desires, your order may need to be produced specifically for you. Because we are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible, you will have 24 hours to cancel your order once it is placed.

What if I need a special size or length? If you require a different size, other than our small, medium, or large patterns, it is considered a special cut. It would be a custom order and would be subject to special pricing.
What if I like one of your designs, but don't see the fabric I would like? Not a problem! Give us a call and we can discuss your needs to try and find the fabric. There are thousands of fabrics available and we have access to them all. The order would be a custom order and would be subject to special pricing.
What if I am in a hurry for my costumes? At Go Wild! we want to work with you. Please call our office so we can talk about delivery dates and the possibility of getting your costume to you by your deadline. Rush fees might apply depending on production time.
I would like a logo or lettering on my performance wear, is that possible? Yes! We love adding logos and lettering. Each logo or lettering is priced individually. Please send us your artwork and we can get a price quote for you.
